Deal Pipeline lets you create a process with different stages which can help you understand where the deal is standing on a real-time basis.
Salesmate offers you a default Sales Pipeline with Stages. The user can rename Stages and Pipeline according to their need.
- Configure your Sales Pipeline.
- Update Stages and Pipeline Name.
- Create a new Pipeline.
- Delete an existing Pipeline.
Configure your Sales Pipeline:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner.
- Click on the Setup.
- Head over to the Customizations category.
- Click on the Deal Pipeline.
Update Stages and Pipeline Name:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner.
- Click on the Setup.
- Head over to the Customizations category.
- Click on the Deal Pipeline.
- Click on the Edit icon to Update the pipeline name.
- Click on Add New Stage to Add stage in Pipeline.
- Rename, edit or delete an existing stage:
- Click on the Stage Name.
- Hover over the Deal Stage and click on Pencil Icon to Edit Stage details like- Name, Win Probability, and Rotten Period.
- You can Edit Stage details like- Name, Win Probability, and Rotten Period.
Create a New Pipeline:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner.
- Click on the Setup.
- Head over to the Customizations category.
- Click on the Deal Pipeline.
- Click on the + New Pipeline button.
- Provide Pipeline Name.
- You can re-order the stages on this page by dragging them around and adding more stages by clicking the Add New Stage button.
Delete an Existing Pipeline:
- Navigate to the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click on the Setup.
- Head over to the Customizations category.
- Click on the Deal Pipeline.
- Click on the Delete icon to delete the pipeline.
- It will show an Alert message confirming if you want to proceed or not.
- It will give an error if there are active deals in the pipeline.
- It will ask to transfer the active deals to another pipeline before proceeding further.
Note:
- The deal pipeline cannot be recovered once it is deleted. The action is irreversible.
- The system will only allow the deletion of the pipeline if there are no active deals.
- Deals need to be deleted from Deleted Records in order to delete the pipelines.
