Salesmate provides Sales Managers with a simple interface to quickly and easily set and track Sales Goals.
Creating and motivating your team towards clear tangible, quantifiable performance goals sets the environment for a winning sales team. Track Individual / Team / Company goals for any period monthly / Quarterly / Yearly based on the number of deals or goal amount can be set.
Just like every individual is different, so are companies. Therefore, Salesmate allows you to set the goals the way you see fit and based on the number of won deals.
To enable Goal Management
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on top left corner.
- Click on Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Apps
- Under Available apps navigate to
- Won Deals - Goal Management
- Sales Revenue - Goal Management
- Click on Install
Configuring Won Deals - Goal Management
- Select the goal period for which you want to get a report
- It could be Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
- Now assign the number of deals as a goal to different users.
- Once assigned click on Go to Goal Report.
- Here, you will get the analysed data as per the Deal goal and deals won by the particular user.
- Filter the data as per the period selected while configuring the report.
- Once done, you can add the widget to the Dashboard.
- Go to dashboard, click on Add Widget.
- Search for Won Deals.
- Click on Add to Dashboard.
- From Actions dropdown, you get an option to
- View Related Deals
- Rename
- Clone
- Remove from Dashboard
Configuring Sales Revenue - Goal management
- Select the goal period for which you want to get a report
- It could be Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
- Now assign the revenue for the won deals as a goal to different users.
- Once assigned click on Go to Goal Report.
- Here, you will get the analysed data as per the goal revenue and the deal won revenue by the particular user.
- Filter the data as per the period selected while configuring the report.
- Once done, you can add the widget to the Dashboard.
- Go to dashboard, click on Add Widget.
- Search for Won Amount.
- Click on Add to Dashboard.
- From Actions dropdown, you get an option to
- View Related Deals
- Rename
- Clone
- Remove from Dashboard
Note:
Please note that any of these widgets cannot have any individual Report screen and can only be added on the Dashboard.
