Salesmate provides Sales Managers with a simple interface to quickly and easily set and track Sales Goals.
Creating and motivating your team towards clear tangible, quantifiable performance goals sets the environment for a winning sales team. Track Individual / Team / Company goals for any period monthly / Quarterly / Yearly based on the number of deals or goal amount can be set.
Just like every individual is different, so are companies. Therefore, Salesmate allows you to set the goals the way you see fit and based on the number of won deals.
Goal Management can be enabled from
- Click on the profile icon top right corner > Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Apps
- Won Deals - Goal Management
- Sales Revenue - Goal Management
- Click on Configure
Configuring Won Deals - Goal Management
- Select the goal period for which you want to get a report
- It could be Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
- Now assign the number of deals as a goal to different users.
- Once assigned click on Go to Report
- Here, you will get the analysed data as per the deals won by the particular user.
- Filter the data as per the period selected while configuring the report.
Configuring Sales Revenue - Goal management
- Select the goal period for which you want to get a report
- It could be Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly.
- Now assign the revenue for the won deals as a goal to different users.
- Once assigned click on Go to Report
- Here, you will get the analysed data as per the deals won revenue by the particular user.
- Filter the data as per the period selected while configuring the report.
