Canceling your Trial account:
- Please follow the below link to cancel your Trial account.
https://<domain>.salesmate.io/#/app/setup/subscription/cancel
<domain> : is specific to your account.
While you are logged into Salesmate, refer your browsers address bar to find out your domain name
- You will be routed to the "Account cancellation request" page.
- Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
- Click "Submit Request"
- Your account will be marked as canceled
- You can recover it until the next 7 days.
- Once the grace period of 7 days ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.
Note: Ensure you are logged in to Salesmate to perform the above step.
Canceling your Paid account:
- Click on the profile icon top right corner
- Click on Setup
- Head to Account Management >> Current Subscription
- Under the heading "Don’t need to use Salesmate right now?" click "Cancel Your Account".
- You will be routed to the "Account cancellation request" page.
- Hit the checkbox - "I confirm that I want to cancel account and delete all my data"
- Click "Submit Request"
- Your account will be marked as canceled
- You can recover it until the end of your current subscription period
- Once the subscription period ends it will be marked for deletion expired and all data dropped from our servers in 15 days.
