Associating activities with the deals helps you to keep track of your upcoming activities from the Deal timeline.

Use Cases

Associate activity to the deal as the contact is created

For Example, You are creating a deal when a contact is created in Salesmate and later creating an activity to follow up with the customer. 

Now, using the Activity Deal Association, You can easily associate the newly created activity with the existing deal via Automation Journeys. 

Here, The Automation is triggered as the contact is created, this in turn creates a Deal and an activity. This activity is associated with the Deal so that you can keep track of the activity from the Deal timeline.
