You can select the option "Use contact's timezone if it's set", it will ensure that automation is executed based on the contact's timezone and not based on your selected timezone.
To enable the option,
- Navigate to the Outreach Icon from the left menu bar
- Click on the Automation Journeys
- Click on + Journey
- Drag and Drop the Add Delay Action.
- Click on the block to configure it.
- Toggle on to Enable Day Time Window.
