Viewed Products Trigger starts a journey when a customer views the product on the store that is connected with BigCommerce.
How to use Viewed Products trigger?
- Let's drag-drop the Viewed Products trigger on the journey's canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
Let's create a Journey to nurture a visitor/customer by sending out an email when the Trigger condition matches as in when they view a particular product, add a delay for about two days, and send out a reminder email again.
