Product Added to Cart trigger that starts the journey when the product from your BiCommerce store is added to the contacts cart.
How to Use Product Added to Cart Trigger?
- Let's drag-drop the Product Added to Cart trigger step on the journey's canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey.
Use Case
- Let's create a journey about when your contact whose Type = Customer adds a product to their cart, and the cart value reaches a certain amount, we will send out an email to a customer after a couple of hours saying the cart looks good and it's time to make a purchase. If the cart value remains the same for a selected period of time we can send out a reminder email and so on.
