Abandoned Cart trigger starts the journey when a visitor/customer leaves the cart abandoned in your store that is connected with BigCommerce.

How to Use Abandoned Cart Trigger?

• Let's drag-drop the Abandoned Cart trigger on the journey's canvas.

• To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
  • Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
  • Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
  • BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
