Order Placed Trigger will start the journey when the contact places the order from the connected BigCommerce store.

How to Use Order Placed Trigger?
- Let's drag-drop the Order Placed trigger on the journey's canvas.

To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
Use case
Let's create a journey to nurture the customer once they place an order by sending a Thank You Email, and later sending a Confirmation Email once the order gets confirmed. Further letting them track their order status at different stages whilst the delivery process.
