Order Fulfilled Trigger starts when the order is delivered to the customer. i.e. order is Completed.
How to Use Order Fulfilled Trigger?
- Drag and Drop the Order Fulfilled Trigger to the Canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- Click on Save.
Let's create a Journey to nurture your customers once the order placed by them was finally delivered. We'll first out an email saying 'The order was successfully Delivered', upon that we'll Add a delay of say about a day and send out another email asking for the Product Feedback, that they ordered and rate their Shopping Experience.
