Order Refunded trigger starts the journey when the order is refunded.

How to Use Order Refunded Trigger?
- Let's drag-drop the Order Refunded trigger on the journey's canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- Click on Save.
Let's create a Journey to send out an email to a contact confirming their refund was successful.
