Back in Stock Trigger will start the Journey to notify the customers who requested the back-in-stock reminders when the product was back in stock.
How to Use Back in Stock Trigger?
- Drag and Drop the Back in Stock Trigger to the Journey's canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- Click on Save.
Let's create a Journey to send out the notification email to the set of contacts that requested to be notified when a particular product is back in stock.
