Product Added to Wishlist trigger would start the journey when a product is added to the wishlist of the customer.
How to Use Product Added to Wishlist Trigger?
- Drag and drop the Product Added to Wishlist Trigger to Journey's Canvas.
- To configure the block, click on the block and a pop-up window will open up where you can trigger the journey based on the following:
- Select Store - Select the BigCommerce store that you want to perform the Automation for.
- Contact - Set an And/Or condition for a Contact that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- BigCommerce - Set an And/Or condition for a BigCommerce store that you would like to match before entering the Journey
- Click on Save
Let's create a journey to send out an email to the set of customers who have just added a particular product to their Wishlist. Further, we can wait for a couple of days and if the product is still on the wishlist we can send out another reminder Email.
