When you find that your contact's email has bounced in your sequence, you have the option to update the contact information and retry email delivery. However, this depends on the safety settings that is set for the contact.
This can be done by following the steps mentioned below:
- Select the sequence you have created and find the contacts that have bounced
- Click on the contact profile
- Update the email address of the particular contact
- Retry to add the contact back to the sequence
- You can then retry the last sequence step.
