When you connect with any Contact over the call, Salesmate gives you the option to log that call within it.
- It doesn't matter from which screen you initiate the call, but Salesmate gives you the option to login right within
- Once the call is over, you can Log it in Salesmate
- Once it is logged, this is how it will be shown
Below are the options you get while you log the call:
- Log as a New Activity - Logging call as New Activity will create a New Activity automatically with title- "Outbound Call with {{Contact.name}}"
- Log Manually -You can manually add new activity. It will open Activity tab for you, fill the required fields and that activity will be associated with your contact.
- Don't Log This Call - The call will be discarded and activity won't be logged.
- Log with Existing Activity - You'll get a list of activities, choose an activity from the list and log the call.
