Note: Dashboard 2.0 is only available with Growth plan and above
Dashboard 2.0 can be customized as per your requirement.
- You can add/rearrange the predefined widgets and can add the custom reports you have created.
- Add filters to make the dashboard interactive.
- Dashboards can also be prepared with the help of already defined templates provided by the Salesmate.
- After you’ve configured a dashboard to your liking, you can share it with your team.
- You can create upto 1o dashboards and can tailor each dashboard to the specific needs of the users.
To Create a Custom Dashboard:
Navigate to dashboard by clicking on Dashboard tab >> Dashboard 2.0
Clicking on "Create Dashboard" will allow you to :
- Create a Blank Dashboard with widgets of your choice
- Create a Sales Overview Dashboard that comes with 9 Pre-defined widgets to use
- Create a Default Dashboard that will help you start your day with your to dos in front of your screen
After selecting any of the above Dashboard options
- Defining Dashboard name
- A Dashboard name can be 100 characters long
- A user is allowed to set duplicate names for multiple dashboards / multiple dashboards can be created under the same name.
2. Set Dashboard privacy
Dashboard privacy can be set to:
- Private: Only the owner and profiles with Admin right can see it.
- Public: Everyone in the team can access it.
- Visible to Particular Users: Make it visible to a particular user, multiple users, or Team (Here Admin will have to specify the names of their users)
3. Manage Widget privacy
Selecting option other than Private in Dashboard privacy will display a set of option for widget privacy:
- Only the owner
- Only the owner will access the right to add/remove/modify widgets or change its place.
- Only the owner will access the right to add/remove/modify widgets or change its place.
- Everyone with access
- All the users specified (under dashboard privacy) will have access to add/remove/modify the widget or change its place.
After Selecting Blank Dashboard and Filling up the above information, your Dashboard is ready to populate it with widgets.
To add widgets to your custom Dashboard, Click on either:
- Add Widget
- Add Widgets to the Dashboard
- Clicking On the Option will let you choose the system provided widgets to add to your Dashboard or any custom Reports as widgets that have been created by any user.
- You can filter the widgets based on System Modules / Custom or System provided Reports.
- Click on "Add to Dashboard" to quickly get the widget on your dashboard
- Click on "View Report" to preview it
The Added Widget in the Dashboard will look like:
Where in you can filter the widget by:
- Date Range: Specify the date range to view the results on the widgets
- Users: Select the users to filter in the results for
- Teams: Select teams to filter the data for specified team
- Deal Pipeline: Shows results for the selected deal pipeline
- And Perform Action : Rename, Clone, Remove
NOTE: Admins switching to the plans which do not support Teams will lead to the
Dashboard privacy as public if they have specified Teams under Privacy settings
