Automation Journey - Live View Follow

Once you publish your Automation Journey, “live view” becomes accessible.

Follow these steps to see how many records have reached or completed the automation journey:

• Navigate to the Outreach Icon from the left menu bar
• Click on the Automation Journeys 

• Find your Automation and head over to Live View on top.

• Click on Live view.

Note: If you have made any changes to Automation Journey but haven't published them, then they will not be visible in live view. 

For each step :

• Left side count - Signifies the number of records that have reached that step.
• Right side count - Signifies the number of records that had successfully performed, completed the automation flow, or were not qualified for the next step.

If there is a record in the Automation Journey as a result of another trigger, the count will be marked on the right hand side of the current form.
