This action helps to un-enroll a contact from a sequence when any specific trigger has been applied.
How to use "Remove from Sequence" Action?
Let's drag-drop the Remove from Sequence action step on the journey's canvas.
- Click on the step to configure the remove sequence. Select the sequence from the dropdown.
- once done click on Save
Use Case
For Example, if trigger is applied to change the contact type from Lead to Customer then through this action, you could remove that contact from the sequence.
