Deal Status Update Follow

When deal reaches to this action, the deal could be Updated with the status Won or Lost.

How to Use Deal Status Update?

• Drag the "Deal Status update" icon to canvas board and on clicking on action card, it will ask the following information to be configured.

• Select the Deal: You can choose from the following options
  • The Latest open deal
  • The one from the Automation Flow
  • All Open Deals

• Select Deal Status: You can choose from the following options
  • Won
  • Lost

Won

• When you select the status as Won,

Lost

When you select the status as Lost, it will ask to configure below options:

• Select Lost Reason
• Add Lost Description

• Advance options: You can choose from the following options
  • Close all open activities related to this Deal
  • Delete all open activities related to this Deal

Use Case

For example, you could set a trigger that when any deal is updated with final stage of the pipeline, it should action to update the deal status as Won.
