What happens to the contact once the Automation is deleted?
The contact will automatically exit the automation flow.
What happens to the Automation if the account gets suspended?
The account can be suspended due to multiple reasons.
- Subscription renewal fail
- A manual request for putting your account on hold
- Miss use of the account
Due to any reasons if your account is suspended, then all your automation will be paused automatically. On resumption of the account, you will need to resume the automation manually.
Is it possible to change Automation name once the Automation is published?
Yes, You can change the name by going to Automation>> Go to Specific Automation >> Edit and update the name.
What happens if my delay window is 9 AM to 4 PM and contact enters to the step at 4.15 PM
Contact will have to wait for the next available time window for the execution. The system will not auto adjust the nearby execution window.
Can we select the contact's timezone for the delay execution?
You can select the option "Use contact's timezone if it's set." It will ensure that automation is executed based on the contact's timezone and not based on your selected timezone.
