Starts the automation when a tag is added to a record.

How to use Tag Added Trigger?

• Tag added trigger helps to perform a set of collective actions when you add a tag to any record.

• By Clicking on the Trigger on Canvas you will be asked to enter details :
  • Select Module: The module on which you want to trigger the automation journey i.e Contacts, Company, deals, and Activity.
  • Select Tag: The Tag name on which you want to trigger the automation journey.

Note: If multiple tags are added, then the action will trigger if any of those tags are added to a record. 

Use Case

Suppose you want to send onboarding messages to the contacts who sign up for your product. In such cases, you can use the "Tag Added" trigger. So whenever you assign a tag to contact automatically/manually, then the automation journey will send an onboarding message to him.
