Tag Removed Follow

Starts the automation when a tag is removed from a record.

How to use Tag Added Trigger?

• Tag removed trigger helps you to perform a set of collective actions or exit any of the currently running automation journey.

• By Clicking on the Trigger on Canvas you will be asked to enter details :
  • Select Module: The module on which you want to trigger the automation journey i.e Contacts, Company, deals, and Activity.
  • Select Tag: The Tag name on which you want to trigger the automation journey.

Use Case

• Suppose you give your products or service's free usage period to your customers, and such deals are tagged with "trial" tag. Now as soon as the free service period over the tag is removed from the deal and email is sent to contact to upgrade the services and a followup activity is scheduled for the user to followup them over the call.
