This step exits the record (contact/deal/company/activity) from this journey.
How to use "Exit" Action?
- This step is helpful when a record is no longer eligible to continue through the journey. You can simply drag-drop the action and associate it with conditional or other action steps.
Suppose we are sending a series of onboarding emails to a contact who has signed up for the product. If that contact cancels the trial, then we will immediately stop sending those emails.
So we will keep a list trigger for sending emails and another list trigger to exit from the journey.
