Contact Field Update Follow

You can update the field of contact with a specific value using the Contact Field Update action. This will automatically update the value as the automation reaches the action. 

To add this Action in your Automation: 

• Go to the Automation.
• Drag and Drop Contact Field Update from the left menu bar under Actions to the canvas. 

To configure the Action: 

• Click on Contact Field Update. 
• Select the field and its value that you want to update for the contact. 
• You can add multiple fields by clicking on Add Field button. 
• Hit Save.

Suppose you wish to update certain contact field when a new contact is created and is added to a specific list
