Do I need to purchase a license for each user inside my Salesmate account?
You don't require to purchase a Salesmate Messenger license for each user. You can only purchase the license for the users who need to converse with your customers via chat. Learn more about how to assign or remove messenger licenses.
One of the employees left who was using a messenger license. Can I re-assign it to someone else?
Yes, you can always remove or assign licenses between users.
Can I cancel my messenger if I don't like it?
You can cancel out the Salesmate messenger at any time. To cancel the messenger, you can follow these steps:
- Goto Salesmate >> Setup >> Current Subscription
- Click on manage subscription.
- Choose the "Remove from subscription" option available with the Messenger add-on.
Can I get a refund for the unused period?
You opt for Salesmate messenger only after 15 days of free usage. Once you have opted for the license, you can cancel it anytime, but there is No Refund available for the unused period.
