Pause an Automation Journey
To pause a journey, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Outreach Icon from the left menu bar
- Click on the Automation Journeys
- Find the Automation Journey
- Click on Actions button
- Select Pause
Or
- Find your Automation and click on the title
- Click on the Actions button on the right top corner
- Choose Pause Journey
- Select Yes to confirm
What does Pause Automation will do
- It will not allow entering new record into the flow
- The current records will freeze in their current state
Resume an Automation Journey
To resume a journey, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Outreach Icon from the left menu bar
- Click on the Automation Journeys
- Find the Automation Journey
- Click on Actions button
- Select Resume
- Find your Automation and click on title
- Click on the Actions button on the right top corner
- Choose Resume Journey
What does Resume Automation will do
- It will start enrolling new records in the automation matching to trigger conditions
- It will unfreeze the flow movement of currently enrolled records.
- For the automation having list or smart segment trigger, the user will need to confirm the bulk enrollment of records to the journey.
