Automation Journeys are available as an add-on. You can opt for the add-on to create marketing and sales journeys to boost your business.
For our Automation Journeys, you only pay for contacts that get enrolled in automation. That means you pay for usage and not for storage. You can store more contacts inside Salesmate without getting charged for them.
Automation Journeys are available with slab-based pricing. During your purchase, you have to define the number of contacts you are going to pay for. Every month, our system will check whether you exceeded your contact limit and if so, the system will charge you for additional contacts.

- Prices and limits for automation journeys may be updated from time to time on this webpage. Contacts are billed in minimum quantities of 1,000 at a blended rate based on the number of marketing contacts and the rate that applies — not an overall rate.
How and when is the price calculated each month
- Your subscription is automatically charged each month on the same day you started your first subscription plan (so, for example, if you purchased the subscription on April 22, the next billing date will be May 22.). The system counts the number of unique enrollments to the automation journeys and bills you accordingly.
- If there will be any problems with payment, then the system will auto notify over email and inside the application. In case of payment failure within 7 days, your automation journeys will be auto paused and is marked for cancellation.
Examples
Pre-Paid
If you are purchasing 11,000 contacts for automation journeys, then you are charged as:
- For the first 1000 contact, you are charged $30 / Month
- For the next 9000 contacts, you are charged at the rate of $15 / 1000 contacts / Month.
- For the last 1000 contacts, you are charged at the rate of $10 / 1000 contacts / Month.
- So total will be $30 + $(9*15) + $10 = $175 / Month
Over Usage (Post-Paid)
If you are purchasing 5,000 contacts for automation journeys, and then you enrolled 1700 contacts to automation journeys, then you are charged as:
- For the first 1000 contact, you are charged $30 / Month
- For the next 4000 contacts, you are charged at the rate of $15 / 1000 contacts / Month.
- For additional 2000 contacts, you are charged at the rate of $18 / 1000 contacts / Month.
- So total will be $30 + $(4*15) + $(2*18) = $126 / Month
