The automation, sequences, campaigns, and jobs-dependent updates will be paused and resumed once the system is online.

01 | Calling | Call Transcription | You will now be able to transcribe your recorded calls and also summarize them using our AI. You can add comments, and reactions, copy a part of the transcript, and search and filter on it too. |
02 | Reports | Send Report as CSV in Email | In addition to HTML, and PDF reports on email you will now be able to send reports in CSV. |
03 | Reports / Dashboard | Allow filter by “Salesmate Bot” in "Created By" | You can now filter by the system user "Salesmate Bot". This helps identify records created by any third-party integrations. |
04 | Chat | View Teammate's Availability | You will now be able to view the availability of your teammates from the Chat screen itself. This helps identify team members currently available to chat ensuring a better collaboration. |
05 | Activity |
Two new fields on the “Activity” are being introduced and will be visible to users in filters, dashboard filters, reports, deal board

These smart fields - deal pipeline and stage fields will be captured when an activity is marked as completed to determine in which pipeline and stage was the activity completed. |
06 | Users & Security | Enterprise Account Impersonation |
Admins can now enhance user support by impersonating accounts, simplifying setup and customization processes, and streamlining onboarding and troubleshooting. |
