Ability to use comma seperated values in filters

When needing to add a large amount of filters for an automation it would be nice if we could paste a comma seperated list, or something similar.

For example, I would like to apply a Tag to all contacts that are eligible for different services based on their zipcode. so each offer may have over 2000 zipcodes it would check the contact against.

Right now it would be nearly impossible to add each zipcode one by one.

  Also, my company would be willing to discuss sharing some of the costs for this feature if that is an option.
