More robust features or options in form designs

  Would love some if/then type options, such as if this option gets checked, then this follow-up question appears.  Or if this question is answered "yes," this follow-up field appears.  

  And the ability to have entirely different sections of forms based on product type.  For example, if someone is submitting a deal, would love to have them select the deal type and the form changes based on the deal type.

  More form layout features, like placement of fields, ability to add text boxes, images, or other fields.  

  Also, the freedom to choose whether to have forms create a new contact, company, or work order or just show up in the submissions list.
