Contact-Info-Only Users
I have a group of team members in my company that need regular access to customer contact information and the history of emails/texts. I do not want them to be able to see or create deals or manage anything other than texting, emailing, and seeing contact data. Is there a possiblity a new/subscriber user type can be added thats less than a full user (and lower cost) for this purpose? It's currently holding back my project team to an extent.

Adding on to this, part of what could make Salesmate amazing is that it has the potential to be a very powerful web of connections. Being able to allow people to go in and make notes on contacts, connect contacts together, show relationships, provide updates, these are all things that will help create a strong database of information and relationships. In an organization where you want everyone to be thinking in terms of "how can we help our clients," relationships are the heartbeat and lead to repeat business and sales, but not everyone will be actually contributing to progressing deals through the pipeline in the traditional sense. This is where allowing input at the contact level is so powerful.
