Attach file with activity

Would love the ability to attach a file when logging an activity.  For example, one of my activities is to send a handwritten note.  I would love to attach an image of the handwritten note I sent when I log the activity.

  Thank you for reaching out to us. Currently, there is no possibility to attach a file to a note while logging an Activity, we will note your feedback as a Feature Request.
