Scenario: A contact in salesmate has a phone number. They call from a second phone number that is not in salesmate. How do you connect that call to the existing contact? I don't think that it is possible at this time. The "add contact" option on an incoming call will only let you add a new one and not search for an existing contact.
Even if you create a totally new contact and then merge it with the existing contact it will not bring the call too. The call is stuck in the browser and the only option is to delete it or it will live there forever.
There is probably a solution for this but I can't find it. Would love some help!
