What is the point of this Community Forum?

@salesmate there are so many comments in this forum with no response or action.  Your software has such great potential, but it doesn't seem to be making forward progress.  There were some "coming soon" previews months ago, but no releases of the updates.  I feel like I'm posting comments into an abyss in here.  Responses to posts in here would be so appreciated.  Also, is there a roadmap you can share?
