We have many contacts whose names are spelled differently than they are spoken/sound.
As a salesperson I would like to have a Pronunciation field on the contact record that, if provided, is displayed next to or under the existing name fields on the contact record. With this feature I am able to be confident in how to say the first names of the people I call and am able to better build relationships that lead to closed deals.
I understand we can add a field to the cotact record for this but the visual inclusion elsewhere in the platform is the gap. It should appear right next to the name.
I also understand we can use the first name, middle name, or last name to hold this data however the problem is when we need to send emails or agreements or export that data now we have a name that appears like Jeffrey "Jeff", instead of just "Jeffrey" which breaks our automation and is unnatural for our contacts to see.
