Calling integration UX enhancements
Completed1. It would be nice if missed call activities were NOT automatically marked as completed. This way the agent can view unhandled calls via "My Open Activities" view to see which calls need immediate follow-up.
2. Along with the above request regarding missed calls, it would be nice for the activity to reflect whether the caller left a voicemail or not via a different title "New Voicemail" and/or a voicemail tag.
