When losing a deal its great that we can chose a reason for losing the deal and write a description... HOWEVER, we would like to trigger some automations based on more than just one data point tied to a loss. Currently, only loss reason and loss date (close) date can be used effectively to segment lost deals.
Please give us the ability to add custom fields in the loss popup screen. It would add tremendous power in terms of automation and also allow us to ask more specific questions from our reps when they are losing a deal.
