Voice: Simultaneous ringing only sends voicemail notification to one of the users in phone group
AnsweredThis should be fixed. When we have a phone line with simultaneous rings and multiple users only ONE user gets notified of voicemail or missed call. There should be an option to notify a group email and/or both.

Missed calls are logged as activities inside Salesmate. If activities are marked private and if the notification is sent to everyone, then it can cause frustration as they won't be able to see it. And logging multiple activities can put lots of repetitive info on timelines. Due to these reasons, we are not sending email to everyone.
