A critical thing we need to measure with our CRM is how many emails our sales reps are sending out to deal related prospects... and we want to also know how many are responding (engaging).

We would also like to see the breakdown of outbound email (those sent by our rep) vs inbound (those received by rep). And of those which ones are related to deals. This is very important because we don't care about just their email volume... we care in the context of their deals.
I cannot stress to you how IMPORTANT this is to our team. It lets us know how proactive and successful reps are at engaging prospects.
