The smart fields is one of the main reasons we chose to migrate to Salemate.... With that said, there are some urgent "upgrades" needed in this area.
- Add Last Email received smartfield at the Deal level (not just contact).
- Add smarfield that shows us "outbound vs inbound" based on "Last Communication Mode" for a deal
- Add smartfield that counts total "outbound" emails in deal and also one for total "inbound" emails tied to a deal.
- Add smartfields as described in previous two bullet points above, but at the contact level as well.
It important to have this feature breakdown inbound vs outbound BOTH at the contact level and at the individual deal level. This is tremendously helpful in assessing Sales reps activities for given time periods.
The same should apply to Calls... inbound vs outbound and broken down by contact and by individual deal object.
With these new smartfields the reporting metrics on sales reps use of their time would be incredibly valuable.
Later on we can correlate this to deals won vs lost and start to establish some correlations between volume of outbound calls vs inbound .. as well as volume of emails unbound vs outbound etc... we can use this to hold reps accountable as well as show them what is working or not working for them to succeed.
PLEASE, out of any of my other requests, make this one a TOP PRIORITY!
This would have the greatest impact for our CRM usage.
