Workflow: Add Super Powers to workflow automation and page filter feature... compare field values
So, one very disappointing limitation in Pipedrive sales automation and in creating page view filters was its inability to compare two field values against each other.
Unfortunately, the same is true of Salemate... so, if you wanna gain a serious edge against competitors like Pipedrive let me suggest the following way to supercharge things.
Allow us to select field value A and compare that value to field B.
For example:
Lets say I want to view all contacts where "Last Email Sent Date" is greater than.... "Last Email Received Date".
Currently, this is simply not possible in Pipedrive not Salesmate. I am not allowed to chose another existing field as the basis for my filter condition nor in automation wrokflows either.
With the example I just provided, you would be able to easily see which contacts "we are still waiting to hear back via email". Take that up a notch, and we could use "Last Communication Date" and compare outbound vs inbound dates to see which customers we need to reach out to again. Of course, this would only be possible if salesmate team implemented my other suggestion made in these forums about creating the distinction in "Last Communication Mode" to also break it down by inbound vs outbound communications.
Please take a serious look into this suggestion, its VERY powerful. It exponentially increases the possibilities of what you can do in filters and automation workflows. Let us compare field against another field value as basis of a condition!!!
