    The conference call is on our backlog list. We have found that for conferencing majority of clients are using WebEx or specialized conference tools with chat or video support, and hence not many requests to do conferences using voice calls. But we will surely work on the feature as we get a few more requests about the feature.

    This! I was just to open a suggestion. This is a must for voice calls. Phone Sales (and other scenarios) do require to do a voice conference. Almost each of our open deals will require this feature.. In addition to 3 ways voice conference, please add ability to put Person A on hold, call Person B and get back to Person A within the same call... Following...
