    Nice to have, but a BIG feature to add... even though they can likely find a 3rd party library / service to handle. I'm OK waiting for this down the road... not a must have for us since we use Hangouts in Gmail for that already and several other solutions also available. I would be happy seeing this but I hope they focus on or other more CRM centric feature requests first.

    I agree with Marcelo - we use Google Chat internally.
