Add existing contacts as Participants based on a Deal criteria

Hello, as per the title, it would be great to be able to add selected existing contacts as Participants automatically when the deal is created.

For example, we have affiliates in different cities and so if Deal is created with city field = Dallas, then add the Dallas affiliate contacts as Participants in this Deal.

In our user case scenario, this will save us tons of time! Currently, we are copying/pasting email address by email address for each affiliate and for every deal...

  Have you tried using workflow in place of it? You can add participants inside update fields option.
