Delay feature would be nice to have in workflows
AnsweredLet's say someone fills out my website contact form and they get created as a new contact in SM.
Now the workflow will auto-send them an email which is great. But if they fill out my site form at 2am it looks weird for the system to send them an email immediately and at 2am (unless you want that). I wish there was a way to add a delay so the system sends them an email during our business hours so it looks more natural.
Know what I mean? Otherwise, it just looks automated which it is but I'm trying to add a more personal touch to it I guess.

Now we can achieve this functionality using Automation Journeys. Within the automation journeys, you can choose the days and time window for executing any step. So even if the record is created at odd times, we can ensure that email delivers during office hours.
