Data Import: Fix Import flaw (multi select fields get APPENDED by default)

Doing lots of mass imports to get custom data into Salesmate and discovered that if you import into a custom field that is a "multi select" type then it gets automatically "appended" with import data. Is DOES NOT overwrite.

In some instance that can be a good thing, in other instance it can be very bad. 

So, I am suggesting to salesmate team give us a checbox control next to the field (those that are multi select type fields) that lets us chose "overwrite" with a label underneath such as "leave unchecked if you wish to append to this field during import"

I contacted support and they gave me a very workable "hack" that should suffice for now: You can add the word "[replace]" in the column header of your import file to indicate to Salemate which columns should behave with an overwrite logic.

So this should now allow me to mass import and replace fields that are multi-select instead of appending to them!
