Sequences - Call activity creation doesn't associate {Company Name} - bug fix / feature request
CompletedCurrently, when I create a call activity as a step in a sequence, it automatically associates the activity with the contact. However, it doesn't automatically associate that contact with the {Company Name} field (even though its obviously already associated with that field in the main database).
Essentially, this means that within the Activities page, there is no way to pull up the {Company Name} in the columns. Since the column for {Company Name} remains blank, my reps have no way to sort by {Company Name} to quickly glance at the open activities for similar or associated contacts within the same organization.
Please fix/add this feature to the queue of your Sequence updates. Thanks.
