Webhook - Sequence Action

Webhook functionality already appears to exist in the system - it would be awesome if webhooks are an action option under Sequences, similar to email/text etc.  Example - we can do webhook calls to our ringless voicemail provider and have a voice message dropped on a cell phone, on demand.  If webhooks are an option in Sequences, we can essentially integrate with any system out there that supports webhooks!
