It would be awesome if the system had a small set of 'quick action' icons on the contact screen to quickly make a call, send text, add a meeting, etc.  Attaching a screenshot of this idea, from a different system...

  Please give us a place where we can see the latest product updates!

  Making roadmap public would be great but I understand the issues and concerns related to that, HOWEVER, all I am asking for is to make the releases public. Like a "What's new" page that informs users of new features, bug fixes, etc so they can try them out.
