I love the "Remind" feature in Salesmate that allows me to send an email and have an activity automatically created for me if recipient doesn't respond or open email within X number of days etc.
Can Salesmate PLEASE give us some way of looking at the reminders that are set via this feature.
My reps keep asking me it there is a way for them to check if they in fact set a reminder for email that was sent.
Sometimes they are unsure if they set the reminder when sending email... they wish they could set a reminder even after email was sent. And since a user cannot set that type of reminder (that will automatically get added as a new activity based on the email recipient's behavior) the sales rep has to create a new activity manually... but they simply don't remember whether they set the remind feature or not.
Hence, why it would be very nice if Salesmate allowed users to see how many "reminds" they set when sending emails.
Also there have been many instances where rep claims they set the remind when sending email and the recipient does reply BEFORE the remind trigger and salesmate still creates a new activity (when in fact it should not have created it since the remind was set to ONLY be created if no response within X days)
Showing us a queue would help sales reps and give users greater transparency and insight into the actions they took in our system so they can act accordingly (ex: if they forgot to set a remind while sending email they can now manually add a remind activity to handle it)
